Delivery charges are calculated on the total cost of your order.
Once at the checkout, postage is automatically defaulted to the lowest delivery charge of 2nd class delivery. Please change the option should you require to upgrade to 1st class delivery.
I reserve the right to upgrade any order to Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Delivery at no additional cost, should your order be of a considerable amount. All recorded (signed for) deliveries require a signature upon delivery. In the event that no one is available to take delivery of your order, a card will normally be left providing you with the option to have your order delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
Delivery is currently within the UK Mainland only. Orders outside of the UK Mainland will not be accepted and your payment will be refunded in full.
Orders will only be dispatched to the address used at the time of ordering.
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow for standard Royal Mail published delivery times. Royal Mail published delivery times cannot be guaranteed. I would advise placing your order well in advance to avoid any disappoinment should your order arrive later than expected.
All jewellery items are packaged in a simple clear grip seal bag. This is to ensure that I can keep postage costs as low as possible an qualify for delivery as letters rather than small parcels.
A picking note is produced for all orders to ensure the correct items are selected and all orders are then double checked further upon packing to ensure 100% accuracy and to ensure a high service level.
All orders are securely packaged in a jiffy bag for protection during transit to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
Parcels Delayed or Lost In Transit
Should your order be delayed in transit please allow a few additional days for it to be delivered.
If your order still does not arrive as expected please check to see if your order has been left with a neighbour or has been returned to your local collection depot as cards are not always left when attempting deliveries.
In the event that your order does still not arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch please contact me and a replacement or refund will be issued to you.
Royal Mail normally retain items at the delivery office for a specified number of days should they be unable to make delivery.
If, after this time they are not collected or redelivered, items will be returned to the sender. Please ensure that you try and arrange collection or redelivery in the first instance. Should you still require your order after it has been returned to me, you will need to reorder through the website in the normal way.
