Throughout this website, the terms 'I' or 'my' refers to Donna's Crafting Corner and 'you' or 'your' refers to anyone accessing or using the website. By visiting this website and placing an order, you are engaging in my 'service' and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Your use of the online store signifies your acceptance of Donna's Crafting Corner's full terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Donna's Crafting Corner (the seller) to the customer (the purchaser) named on the order.
The placing of your order and my acceptance of your order constitutes the start of the contract between us on these terms and conditions and concludes upon the end of your right to cancellation.
They will be valid solely for the length of our contract. Please ensure that you fully ready and understand these terms and conditions as they are there to protect both myself and my customers as using or purchasing from this website means that you agree to them.
Should you choose not to agree fully to the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you should not access this website or order via the online shop. I reserve the right to update, change, replace or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of this website signifies your acceptance of these changes. A full copy of these terms and conditions will be supplied to you as a durable medium with your order confirmation and should be retained for your own information.
Online Shop Terms
By placing an order with Donna's Crafting Corner you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 years of age and the holder of the PayPal account to which your payment will be taken from.
- I reserve the right to deal solely with the person named on the order and not with a customer's family or friends etc.
- I reserve the right to decline an order to anyone for any reason at any time.
- All prices are displayed in English Pound Sterling and exclusive of VAT.
- I reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice at any time. Any orders already placed will be unaffected.
Products or Services
By ordering from this website, you are purchasing handmade jewellery pieces made using combinations of silver plated chains, clasps and findings, semi-precious stones, swarovski® elements, Preciosa crystal components and natural, metal, silver plated, tibetan silver, glass & crystal beads.
All products are described as accurately as possible with clear and concise information on the relevant product page. Every effort is made to display product images as accurately as possible, but monitor settings can cause slight fluctuations on the colours you see, due to brightness and contrast settings and may not give a true representation of the colours or shades displayed.
You can place your order via the online shop using your credit or debit card, using PayPal to process your payment. PayPal provide a fast, secure and reliable way to pay online and handle all debit and credit card payments.
Orders can only be placed via the online shop. Orders received via any other means will not be processed.
There is no requirement to register for an account in order to place an order via this website.
Payment is strictly via PayPal only. Please DO NOT send cheques or postal orders. Any cheques or postal orders received will be destroyed and not returned to the sender.
I only accept orders for delivery within the UK Mainland. Orders received for delivery outside of the UK Mainland will not be accepted and payment will be refunded in full.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a PayPal receipt to your registered email address. This is an automatic email and does not constitute acceptance of your order by Donna's Crafting Corner. You will receive an email confirmation from myself acknowledging acceptance of your order normally within 24 hours upon my receiving your order notification. Included in your confirmation email will be a copy of your order details, terms and conditions relating to your order and my cancellation instructions and cancellation form. These may appear in the main body of the email or as email attachments. If you do not appear to have received your order confirmation, please check your 'spam' filter in case it has been mistakenly identified as junk mail. If you find that you have still not received confirmation please contact me to enquire about the status of your order.
I reserve the right to decline any order without explanation.
You have the right to withdraw from your contract if your order has not yet been accepted. This will end once you have received confirmation of acceptance of your order, after which you can refer to your right to cancel.
You should check the details of your order carefully and inform me of any errors as soon as possible by emailing me at email@example.com or by completing my contact form.
Orders will normally be available for dispatch within 5 - 7 working days from receiving your email acceptance. I do not currently offer next day delivery as I am not able to fulfill orders quickly enough to meet the requirements of same day posting. Larger orders may take a little longer to prepare. I suggest that all orders are placed well before the occasion that they are needed for to allow time for your order to reach you and to avoid any disappointment. All orders are processed strictly in the order in which they are received. If you are looking for a last minute order I will be unable to assist you. During busy periods processing times may be slightly longer, but if there is going to be a significant delay in processing your order, I will let you know the approximate date of dispatch. You will of course have the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund should you wish to do so.
Working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders received after 12.00pm Monday - Friday are automatically deemed as being received the next 'working day'.
Orders received Saturday - Sunday are automatically deemed as being received on the following Monday morning.Orders placed during bank holidays will be deemed as being received the next 'working day'.

Delivery & P&P
Delivery is currently within the UK Mainland only. Any orders received
outside of the UK Mainland will not be processed and your payment
refunded in full.
Your order will be sent using either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class
Standard Delivery. I reserve the right to upgrade your order to 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Delivery at no additional cost to yourself on larger orders. Dispatch will only be made to the delivery address used at the time
You will be required to sign for orders sent via recorded delivery.
If no one is available to take delivery of your order, a card will
normally be left for you to rearrange delivery.
Delivery times take effect once your order has been dispatched. Please allow for Royal Mail published delivery times.
It is advisable to place your order well in advance to avoid any disappointment should your order arrive later than expected.
I have no control over how long delivery takes once I have
dispatched your order and therefore cannot be held responsible for any
delays in receiving your order.
Items Lost Or Delayed In Transit
Please allow a few additional days for your order to be delivered in case of any delays in transit.
If your order does not arrive as expected please also check to
see if your order has been left with a neighbour, as the Royal Mail
rolled out it's 'Deliver to Neighbour' scheme nationally on 1st October
2012 or check with your local Royal Mail depot as calling cards are NOT
always left when attempting deliveries.
In the event that your order does still not arrive and after
checking with your neighbour and local depot, please contact me and a
replacement or refund will be issued to you.
Royal Mails 'Delivery To Neighbours' Scheme
From the 1st October 2012, The Royal Mail rolled out this scheme
nationally. This means that any parcels that are too big to fit through
your door or require a signature upon delivery and you are not at home
will be delivered to a neighbour. Please click here for the Royal Mail's

Failure To Deliver Your Order
Royal Mail normally retain items at the delivery office for a specified
number of days should they be unable to make delivery. If, after this
time they are not collected or redelivered, items will be returned to
the sender. (Please refer to the Royal Mail website for information on
Should you refuse to accept delivery of your order upon arrival
or re-delivery is not arranged, a full refund including original
postage costs will be processed. Personalised orders however will not be
refunded as per my returns policy.
Please ensure that you try and arrange collection or re-delivery in the first instance.
A picking note is produced for all orders to ensure the correct items are selected and all orders are then double checked further upon packing to ensure 100% accuracy and to ensure a high service level. All orders are securely packaged for protection during transit to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
Cancellations & Returns Policy
Right To Cancel
I am confident that you will be delighted with your order. However,
if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason,
you can cancel your contract and receive a reimbursement.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and
Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your
contract within 14 days without giving reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on
which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated
by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform me, at Donna's
Crafting Corner, 53 Marigold Crescent, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 3PU,
or by email to donna@donnascrafting corner.co.uk of your decision to
cancel your contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or
email or by completion of my cancellation form).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send
your communication concerning your exercise of your right to cancel
before the cancellation period has expired.
In the event of a dispute the burden falls upon you as the customer
to prove that you did indeed cancel within the cancellation period. It
is advisable for customers to have durable proof that such a request was
made as proof will be required if a dispute occurs.
Exceptions To The Right To Cancel
For reasons of hygiene, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned
unless faulty. I only agree to provide you with a reimbursement should
your order not have already been dispatched.
Effects Of Cancellation
If you cancel your contract, I will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.
I will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than -
(a) 14 days after the day I receive back any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods , or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which I am informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
I will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or
you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is
the earliest. It remains the responsibility of the buyer to provide
proof of cancellation. If I do not receive your goods back and proof of
return cannot be supplied, I am under no obligation to provide a

Package your items securely. Customers
are advised to return orders in their original outer packaging where
possible and to ensure that the package is sufficiently robust to avoid
damage in transit.
All returns should be addressed to Donna's Crafting Corner, 53 Marigold Crescent, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 3PU. Please include your name and address to easily identify your return upon arrival.
Customer Duty To Take Care Of Goods
You, as the customer have a right to inspect and assess the items you
have received as you would if purchasing from a shop. All items are
supplied in clear grip seal bags to allow for easy
inspection of the goods and I would ask that where possible all goods
are returned in their original packaging.
If the value of any returned goods are diminished by any amount as a
result of handling the goods by the buyer beyond what is necessary to
establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, I
